Weekly Menu

Breakfasts
Honey Bran and Poppy Seed Muffins
Biscuits with honey
Bananas
Sunday: Eggs, Bacon and Toast
Coffee, apple and orange juices and milk

Lunches
Sat. Bagels with cream cheese
Sun. Hot dogs, chili, shredded cheese
Mon. Chicken salad, crackers
Tues. Lunch at school
Wed. leftovers
Thurs. cheese/eggs in warm tortillas
Fri. lunch at mom's

Dinner
Sat. Pork roast with carrots and potatoes
Sun. Dinner out
Mon. Shrimp with noodles, cream of broccoli (my homemade specialty)
Tues. Chicken, broccoli augratin rice, biscuits
Wed. Beef and noodles, with cream of mushroom, fresh corn
Thurs. Turkey with gravy and mashed potatoes, green beans
Fri. Chili with shredded cheese, crackers

Snacks
Yellow delicious organic apples
Fat free caramel dip
celery with peanut butter
red grapes
lowfat pretzels
